Live the Solution (LTS) was established in 2008 as a statewide organization dedicated to providing low to moderate income individuals and families an opportunity to obtain quality, affordable housing through homebuyer support programs. LTS is dedicated to research, education and resources for individuals and families struggling to achieve homeownership and to pursue postsecondary education. Live the Solution undertakes extensive research and provides up-to-date information, training and financial assistance to families who have been unable to save down payments or closing costs associated with a home purchase or afford costs associated with attending college. Through integrative research, educational outreach, model programs and collaborative initiatives, Live the Solution sets forth, promotes and facilitates best practices for families to build equity through home ownership and achieve financial betterment.
