Live the Solution was established to help low to moderate income working families in the Tucson Community achieve the dream of home ownership.  Through a collaborative effort of real estate professionals, LTS helps qualifying families get into a home by offsetting the closing costs associated with a home loan as well as to provide down payment assistance.   Paramount to the vision of LTS is home ownership education and financial literacy programs to prepare families for a brighter future.
